We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the development of our software platform, acting as the key link between business, engineering, and stakeholders.The Product Manager will translate business needs into clear, structured tasks for software engineers, while also collaborating closely with Mechanical Design Engineers to ensure alignment between software functionality and physical product requirements. ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap and backlog for the software platformGather, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirementsTranslate requirements into clear tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teamsPlan, prioritize, and track development activities, ensuring timely deliveryAct as the main interface between business stakeholders and engineeringWork closely with Mechanical Design Engineers to coordinate hardware–software interactionAlign scope, priorities, and expectations across cross‑functional teamsSupport release planning and ensure delivered functionality meets business goals RequirementsProven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar roleStrong Business Analyst background (requirements gathering, documentation, analysis)Project Management experience, including planning, coordination, and delivery trackingExperience working with software development teams and managing engineering backlogsAbility to translate business objectives into clear technical requirementsExperience working in cross‑functional environments involving engineering and technical teamsExperience working with software platforms and development lifecyclesUnderstanding of dependencies, scope management, and prioritizationExperience coordinating between software and hardware / mechanical teams Nice to HaveExperience in engineering‑driven, industrial, automation, or technical productsBackground in environments combining software and physical productsExperience working with technical systems, platforms, or infrastructure products We offerRemote workBusiness trips are possibleInternational team across multiple countriesCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational companyLife events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonuses.
