About the roleHilding Anders is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead our AI initiative and own how artificial intelligence is applied across our data, reporting, and planning landscape. You will drive the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI and automation opportunities across the business, while also acting as the primary expert across our existing systems — IBM Cognos DataWarehouse, our ETL pipelines connected to the Infor M3 Datalake, and Power BI — ensuring these continue to deliver reliable, timely, and insightful data while we transition toward more AI-driven ways of working. This is a technically hands-on role with strong business impact and a clear mandate to modernize. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to identify where AI can create the most value, then take those ideas from proof-of-concept through to production. In parallel, you will keep our current Power BI solution reliably maintained until a suitable AI-driven or next-generation replacement is in place — and help shape that transition as AI takes on more of the work Power BI handles today. Key responsibilities AI initiative ownership Define and drive Hilding Anders' AI roadmap for data, reporting, and planning — identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases across Finance, Operations, and Sales.Evaluate and pilot AI and automation tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive or ML models, Copilot-style assistants) to improve reporting, forecasting, and data workflows.Own business cases, prioritization, and stakeholder buy-in for AI initiatives, working with IT leadership to secure the right investment and governance.Track the adoption, value, and risk (data quality, model accuracy, responsible use) of AI solutions once they are in production. AI integration across our systems Identify where AI can enhance the IBM Cognos DataWarehouse and reporting layer, from automated insights to natural-language querying.Maintain a working understanding of the Cognos, ETL/M3, and Power BI architecture so AI initiatives are integrated with — not layered on top of — our existing systems.Partner with IT and vendors to assess new AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot in Fabric/Power BI, Infor M3 ION Analytics AI features) as they become available. Power BI maintenance & transition planning Maintain and support the existing Power BI that the business relies on today.Manage Power BI workspace governance, access control, and deployment pipelines until a longer-term platform decision is made.Assess where AI-driven reporting or automation could eventually replace parts of the current Power BI solution, and build the roadmap for that transition. Stakeholder collaboration & change management Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, and senior management to identify AI opportunities and gather requirements for BI solutions that support strategic decision-making.Act as the key change agent for AI adoption — training business users, managing expectations, and building trust in new AI-assisted tools.Provide second-line support to business users of BI and planning tools throughout the transition period.Maintain documentation covering data definitions, model logic, report specifications, ETL mappings, and AI initiative decisions. Required qualifications Education & experience Degree in Computer Science, Data/AI, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.4–7 years of hands-on experience in BI, analytics, or data roles, with demonstrated exposure to AI or ML projects.Proven track record of taking AI or automation initiatives from idea to production in a complex, multi-source data environment.
