Project Director

Collen are recruiting for a Project Director. Reporting to the Regional Director Finland, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction projects in a specific region of Finland. The role will span from pre-construction planning stage to post-completion stage. Requirements:The ideal candidate will:Hold a third level Engineering QualificationHave 10 years plus experience of operation at a senior executive level within the construction industryDemonstrate a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projectsDemonstrate a proven track record of successful client managementDrive safety to the highest standardsHave strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisationExcellent organizational skills with an ability to produce quality workProven commercial skills with the ability to manage projects to budget hours and commercial return targetProven experience of managing senior, technical and complex teams to successful outcomesProven experience of leading and developing team members in direct and matrix reporting linesSelf-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and businessA forward planner who identifies and resolves project issuesProven experience in multiple project delivery For detailed job description, please visit our website here.
