Job Description Summary

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering real estate development and fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover.

Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your project management expertise while working on a wide range of occupier, investor, and landlord projects across Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead real estate development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects throughout different project phasesCoordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project scope, budget, programme, quality, and risk, escalating issues where appropriateAssist with procurement processes and consultant and contractor management in line with Swedish regulations and market practicesContribute to Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assignments, including identifying risks, opportunities, and cost implicationsPrepare project documentation, reports, schedules, and client presentationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and reliable project deliveryWork collaboratively with colleagues across the PDS team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Services

What You Bring

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldApproximately 2-5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project management in SwedenUnderstanding of the Swedish real estate and construction marketKnowledge of building regulations and project delivery processesStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project teamsFluent Swedish and good English skills
