Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager / Change Manager to lead change management, stakeholder coordination, communication, onboarding and implementation activities for the new Swedish Account and Safe Deposit Box Register (Mekanismen).Mekanismen is undergoing a major transformation to align with new EU regulations for combating money laundering and terrorist financing. The existing decentralized search system will be replaced by a centralized register at the Swedish Tax Agency.The consultant will ensure that government authorities, financial institutions and other data providers are prepared, connected and able to accept the new solution on time.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and execute the implementation of Mekanismen.Lead change management, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.Develop stakeholder analyses, change plans and communication plans.Coordinate information sessions, workshops and stakeholder meetings.Ensure connection requirements, onboarding processes, guidelines and support materials are created and communicated.Coordinate technical onboarding of authorities, financial institutions and other data providers.Plan and coordinate testing and acceptance activities.Identify and manage risks, dependencies and implementation obstacles.Support leaders, business representatives, project managers and program management.Monitor implementation effects and report progress to management.Create structure and maintain progress in a complex transformation environment.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 4 years of documented experience in change management or business development within large business and/or digital transformation initiatives.Minimum 3 years of experience in major transformation initiatives within a government/public-sector organization or another large and complex organization.Experience leading engagement with external stakeholders, including:Implementation/onboardingCommunication and information activitiesTestingTechnical connectionAcceptance of new regulatory or system solutionsExperience supporting leaders, business representatives, project managers and program managers with planning and implementation of change initiatives.Very strong Swedish communication skills, both written and spoken.Preferred / Nice-to-HaveProsci Change Management / ADKAR certification or equivalent.Experience applying AI within change-management processes.
