Its end-to-end digital transformation services are designed to enhance efficiency, unlock new growth opportunities, and support long-term innovation for each client.Role Description The Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects focused on industrial automation, data-driven solutions, and digital transformation for clients across multiple sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, managing budgets and resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. The role involves regular communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, handling expediting activities, and overseeing logistics and inspections to keep projects on schedule. The Project Manager will also identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and prepare clear reports and documentation for stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampere, with a mix of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home.Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and technical requirements for project deliverables.Competence in Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, inventories, and supply chain activities supporting projects.Background in industrial automation, data analytics, or related engineering/technology fields is highly beneficial.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and risk awareness.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are an asset.Relevant degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
