As Project Manager in the Network Expansion team at Recharge, you will play a key role in growing our network of ultra-fast EV charging stations across the Nordics. By taking projects from business case to commissioning, you will help make electric mobility accessible to more people and contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable future. Your work will have a direct impact on how and where we at Recharge continue to expand our charging network. You'll manage a portfolio of projects across different development stages, often running in parallel, requiring strong prioritization, coordination, and execution skills. Working at the intersection of commercial evaluation and project delivery, you will help develop and mature investment opportunities from concept to operation, balancing commercial, technical, and operational considerations. Through close collaboration with internal teams, external partners and site owners, you will navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive investment cases forward, and contribute to decisions that shape the future growth of our charging network. Key responsibilitiesLead charging infrastructure projects from business case through construction and commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that meets high-quality standards.Manage a portfolio of projects at various stages, ensuring effective timeline, budget, stakeholder, and risk management.Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Evaluate site opportunities and prepare CAPEX investment cases using standard financial metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR, payback period).Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and strong commercial outcomes.Proactively manage risks, troubleshoot issues, adapt to changing conditions and priorities, and escalate issues with commercially viable solutions. Success factorsWe believe you are an experienced and structured project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are confident in financial discussions, organized in execution, and proactive in overcoming obstacles. Naturally collaborative, you're also comfortable leading independently, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned. Above all, you have a genuine interest in the green transition and are motivated by contributing to the growth of electric mobility across the Nordics.You likely have:A Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, project management, renewable energy, or a related field. An MSc in Engineering or Economics is considered an advantage.Several years of relevant experience in project management, ideally within energy infrastructure, construction, or e-mobility.Demonstrated ability to develop and present investment business cases using financial metrics and commercial reasoning.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.A commercial mindset and an interest in business cases and investments.The ability to balance priorities and keep momentum across several projects.Fluency in Swedish and English. Finnish language skills are considered a plus, as part of our project portfolio is located in Finland.
