Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead business application initiatives for a global pharmaceutical client. The Project Manager will drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, and cross-platform unification across supply chain planning (Anaplan optimization) and regulatory operations (Freyr rollout). Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Lead large-scale, cross-functional application projects from initiation to cutover within budget and schedule.Platform Implementations: Steer the optimization of Anaplan for supply chain planning and direct the deployment of the Freyr regulatory affairs platform.Application Unification: Manage the consolidation and migration of disparate legacy tools into single, unified enterprise systems.Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate cross-border communication and maintain delivery accountability across global commercial and regulatory teams.Governance & Compliance: Proactively mitigate risks, manage vendor delivery, and maintain strict alignment with GxP regulatory frameworks. Key Requirements10+ Years of IT Project Management: Proven delivery track record within complex, multinational environments (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred).Recent Pharmaceutical Expertise: Significant recent life sciences background with hands-on understanding of GxP compliance.Generalist Application Focus: Diverse enterprise business applications background (rather than a narrow specialization solely in SAP, Veeva, infrastructure, or LIMS/CVS).High-Impact Stakeholder Leadership: Strong ability to influence diverse global teams, resolve roadblocks proactively, and drive cross-functional consensus.Domain Awareness: Functional familiarity with enterprise supply chain planning processes (Anaplan) and/or regulatory affairs platforms (Freyr) (good to have) This is a fully remote (from Europe) 6 month freelance contract.Start date : ASAP If available and interested, please share a few details about your job preferences, and availability to have a chat, along with your updated CV.
