What You'll Be Doing
Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impactPartner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive planWhere initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordinationCoordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessaryTicket creation and management in support of the roadmapProject-level resource assignment and schedulingHolds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvementsProvide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholdersRun all team ceremonies and meetingsDrive resolution of production issuesHave a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product
What You'll Bring
Must be based in EU timezoneFluent in written and spoken EnglishDegree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum frameworkExperience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpointExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailExperience in working with UI/UX teams
