Project Manager | EMEA | €70,000-€80,000 + 20% Bonus John Charles Search is exclusively representing a rapidly growing global technology business specialising in warehouse automation, robotics and intelligent intralogistics solutions.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage complex automation projects across EMEA, working closely with customers, engineering teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Package €80,000 base salary20% performance bonusCutting-edge robotics & warehouse automation projectsFast-growing international businessHigh-profile enterprise customers The Opportunity This is a highly visible, customer-facing position with responsibility for managing projects from planning and implementation through installation, commissioning and customer acceptance.You will travel extensively across EMEA, working on major automation projects involving AMRs, ASRS, goods-to-person and intelligent warehouse technologies. Key Responsibilities Own the full project lifecycle from contract award through customer acceptance.Manage complex robotics and warehouse automation projects across EMEA.Coordinate customers, engineering, software, installation, commissioning and suppliers.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and risks.Act as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery.Lead installation, commissioning, testing and go-live activities.Identify and resolve technical, commercial and operational issues.Manage multiple projects across different countries and customer environments.Provide project reporting, forecasting and escalation to senior management.Travel extensively across EMEA to customer and project sites. What We're Looking For Proven Project Management experience within robotics, warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling or industrial automation.Strong understanding of automated warehouse technologies.Experience managing complex projects through implementation and customer acceptance.Strong customer and stakeholder-management capabilities.Comfortable working with mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineering teams.Commercial awareness across project budgets, scope, schedules and risk.Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA.Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
