Role Description The Projektipäällikkö (Project Manager) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Oulu. In this role, the Project Manager oversees HVAC design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project plans, tracking progress, managing documentation, and communicating with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager will handle expediting and logistics-related activities, such as monitoring material deliveries, resolving delays, and optimizing workflows. The role also involves organizing inspections, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes and methods. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.Experience working as an Expeditor or with Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.Background in Inspection activities, with the ability to coordinate and document technical inspections and quality checks.Knowledge of Logistics Management, including planning and optimizing material flows and schedules.Relevant technical education (e.g., HVAC engineering, building services engineering, construction, or similar) or equivalent experience.Familiarity with HVAC design projects and building technology is an advantage.Solid organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.Effective communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Oulu and collaborate with clients and partners across Finland.
