This is a full-time role based in our offices in Espoo, Finland. Why This Role MattersAs Regional Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for converting face-to-face and live engagements into qualified pipelines. You will own the EMEA event programme, drive the right audience to attend, secure meetings in advance and ensure follow-ups convert conversations into accepted opportunities. The role sits within Hansen’s Growth and GTM function for Energy and Utilities and reports to the Head of Marketing, EMEA. What You’ll DoBuild and manage the EMEA event programme, including trade shows, roadshows, roundtables, customer events, partner events, webinars and digital events.Select events based on target account reach, pipeline potential and return on investment, retiring activity that does not perform.Create and run campaigns that drive the right audience to each event, using central assets and Hansen’s marketing automation platform.Partner with Sales and Sales Development to secure pre-booked meetings and maximise engagement with target accounts.Lead on-site delivery, including meeting schedules, event set-up, staffing briefs, collateral and data capture.Own post-event follow-up, routing leads to Sales and Sales Development within agreed service levels.Monitor event interactions from initial engagement through to sales acceptance, disqualification or ongoing nurture.Manage the territory event budget, suppliers, venues, sponsorships, agencies and logistics.Measure and share event performance, including meeting activity, sourced pipeline, return on investment and key learnings. What You BringExtensive experience in field marketing, event marketing or demand generation across B2B technology, software, utilities and energy or a related sector.Strong understanding of how to design field activity that creates meaningful engagement with priority accounts.Experience building event plans, managing budgets, working with suppliers and delivering activity across multiple European markets.Proven ability to work closely with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Revenue Operations and senior commercial stakeholders.Expertise of managing campaigns, registration flows, meeting generation, on-site execution and post-event follow-up to a high standard.Confident using data and insight to assess performance, improve future activity and demonstrate return on investment.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to operate independently across a regional remit.
