Remote IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant

Beschreibung: For a strategic transformation program within a CIO Office, we are looking for an experienced IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant. You will support the program lead in establishing the program management foundations and designing a scalable framework for key transformation initiatives. Establish baseline documentation through data collection, analysis and stakeholder interviewsDevelop foundational program management documentationManage program planning, reporting and progress trackingAssess and design large-scale IT transformation programsDevelop a blueprint and governance framework for future transformation initiativesIdentify innovation, optimization and cost-reduction opportunitiesApply proven transformation and program management methodologiesAssess the impact of IT changes on people, processes and organizational structuresAdvise senior stakeholders on strategic IT and organizational challengesPrepare and present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive managementFacilitate workshops and alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups Anforderung: 7–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, program management or a comparable strategic roleStrong track record in large-scale IT transformation programsProven experience managing complex projects in large organizationsSolid understanding of organizational change managementStrong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and advisory skillsConfident communication with senior executivesExcellent presentation, workshop facilitation and documentation skillsProficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS ProjectAbility to perform effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsFluent EnglishFrench or additional languages are an advantageExperience within the luxury industry is a plus Einsatzort: Geneva preferred or remote Startdatum: 01.10.2026 Pensum: 100 Projektdauer: 6 Monate ++
