As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team, working alongside colleagues across Europe, the UK and the US. This is an opportunity to join a mature, highly collaborative business that genuinely values trust, autonomy and flexibility, giving experienced recruiters the freedom to build their own desk while being supported by an established international team. The Opportunity You’ll join a team of 15 experienced recruiters and take ownership of building a market within the country you reside in, leveraging an existing client base while also driving new business growth.This role offers the chance to work with some of the most innovative, fast-growing companies in the tech space, partnering directly with VC-backed businesses scaling across international markets. While there is an existing client base to leverage, you will also be expected to develop new client relationships, with roughly one third of placements generated through your own business development efforts.
