While WWF has elements of relevant guidance and systems in place, these are not yet consolidated into a structured and practical suite of FCAS protocols that can guide response from the Secretariate and wider Network to best support to FCAS offices including decision-making, risk management, and programme implementation. This consultancy will draw on WWF’s internal experience as well as external good practice from organisations working across humanitarian, development, peacebuilding, and conservation sectors, to ensure WWF’s approach is aligned with global standards and operational realities.
