They are now looking to strengthen their commercial team and accelerate revenue growth. They are looking for a Sales Lead to join a small, focused team and generate revenue from day one, leveraging an existing network across institutional and Web3 markets. Role:- Source and close new institutional and Web3 clients independently- Sell a range of blockchain infrastructure and digital asset solutions- Build and manage a pipeline of €50k–€100k+ opportunities- Help build a scalable sales process as the company moves beyond founder-led growth Requirements:- 5+ years' experience with €1.5M+ in annual closed revenue.- Existing network across institutional fintech, exchanges, or blockchain blue chips.- Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and Web3 technology.- European timezone coverage.
