European Sales Manager | Technical Sales | Remote£80,000-£100,000 (equivalent in Euros) A global engineering business is looking for a European Sales Manager to take ownership of growth across the European market. This is a high-impact technical sales role focused on winning new business, developing distributors and OEM relationships, and expanding market share. What you’ll be doing:Drive sales growth across EuropeBuild and develop distributor, OEM and key account networksIdentify new markets, customers and commercial opportunitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closeDeliver technical presentations, product support and customer trainingWork with engineering and product teams to bring customer requirements to market What we’re looking for:5+ years' technical sales experience within an engineering/manufacturing environmentProven track record of growing revenue and developing new businessStrong technical aptitude – mechanical power transmission experience or similar industry would be highly advantageous (Gears, clutches, brakes etc)Experience managing a large European territoryConfident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent English is essentialWillingness to travel extensively (50–60%) Location: Remote – anywhere in the UK or Europe with travel to client site If you're an experienced technical sales professional looking for a role with real ownership of the European market, I'd be keen to speak with you.
