We touch and color people’s lives every day, everywhere.www.archroma.com Your roleAs Sales Manager HPPL you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across Home Care and Personal Care accounts in the assigned European countries by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our sales team members, business support colleagues and customer service & Supply Chain departments, having regular meetings with our global HPPL team. Key responsibilities:Driving new market openings while strengthening current client partnershipsProviding technical guidance on formulations, ingredient performance, product applicationTroubleshooting for Home Care and Personal Care customersMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory developments and innovation opportunitiesManaging pricing discussions, contract negotiations, customer forecasts and profitability improvement initiatives Profile:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or business administration5–10 years of experience in Home Care and Personal Care industryStrong commercial and technical understanding of the Home Care, Industrial & Institutional (HI&I) and Personal Care market is a plusProven track record in B2B technical sales and business developmentAbility to travel across Europe as requiredStrong communication, negotiation and relationship management skillsFluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage Others:Position based in Europe – preferable in Czech Republic, Spain, Austria or Germany, near to our officesThe role is allocated to our TE- organizationPermanent and full-time positionHybrid working model Your Application If your background and personal experience fits this profile, please send us your complete application via LinkedIn
