Position: Sales / RevOps Expert (AI model evaluation)Type: Contract, two weeks, full-timeCompensation: $60 to $90 per hourLocation: Remote, any location Role responsibilities Design task briefs from real sales workflows: account research and prospect qualification, pipeline review and forecasting, quote and proposal construction, CRM hygiene and deal-stage auditing, territory planning, post-call follow-up sequencing.Specify what a task needs to be realistic: the CRM state, the deal history, the data the model has to work from, and the judgment call a strong rep should reach. Some briefs run through QuickBooks, covering estimates, invoicing and customer records.Run your prompts at the model to surface failure modes, hallucination triggers and reasoning gaps, then escalate the complexity.Write reference answers and scoring criteria that separate a strong response from one that is plausible but wrong.Author objective, self-contained rubrics backed by explicit reference sources, so peer reviewers grade the same output the same way. Qualifications Must-have5+ years in a sales role: AE, SDR leadership, sales ops or revenue management.Hands-on experience writing complex prompts, evaluating LLM output and building evaluation rubrics.Professional English, written and spoken.Full-time availability across the full two weeks.A secure personal or corporate device. Public or shared computers aren't permitted. PreferredYou've carried a quota and also run forecasting or pipeline review.More than one CRM, or a migration between them.Hands-on QuickBooks: estimates, invoicing or customer records.Enterprise or complex multi-stakeholder deals.You've written playbooks, call frameworks or onboarding material for other reps.Prior AI training or evaluation work on RLHF, DataAnnotation, Outlier, Scale AI or similar. TermsYou're engaged as an independent contractor for the length of the campaign. The fee is agreed before you start.You won't use your employer's or your clients' data.
