Salesforce Program Manager – Org Simplification & Integration Optimization

Duration of Contract: 06 months Job Description1. SFDC Org Structure Simplification Project ManagementLead Salesforce org simplification and architecture optimization. Sort out redundant SFDC organizations, sandboxes and duplicate modules, execute org migration, decommission and standardization. Unify cross-org business processes, data and permission standards to reduce platform O&M costs and improve system operational efficiency. 2. SFDC Third-Party System Simplification & Integration OptimizationSimplify and optimize SFDC peripheral third-party integration systems. Audit redundant overlapping third-party tools, formulate system elimination, replacement and unified integration solutions. Optimize SFDC external interface logic and data interaction, reduce system coupling risks and build lightweight, stable integration architecture. 3. Digital Communication System Project Operation & Iteration ManagementManage enterprise digital communication system projects and iterations. Identify system pain points, lead requirement analysis, solution design and project launch for communication platform optimization. Standardize digital communication processes and unified access standards to enhance internal and external collaboration efficiency and system stability. 4. Full Lifecycle Project Control & Risk ManagementManage full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, implementation, testing and acceptance. Track project progress, identify potential risks and resolve issues timely. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and with high quality.
