Salesforce Project Manager

Senior Salesforce Project Manager – 12 Month Contract – Fully Remote We are partnering with a leading global financial services organization seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Salesforce transformation programme for a large enterprise client. This is an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension, and the position is fully remote within Europe. This is a senior delivery role requiring someone with significant experience leading complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes, managing senior stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business, functional and technical workstreams. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the programme is delivered against agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations. You will operate as a key point of contact between senior client stakeholders, consulting leadership, Salesforce teams and wider programme functions. Experience delivering Salesforce programmes within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or other complex enterprise environments would be particularly valuable. The programme is moving quickly, with an ASAP start preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce projects and programmesLead project planning, governance, execution and delivery across the full Salesforce implementation lifecycleOwn and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and key delivery milestonesManage senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted delivery partner throughout the programmeCoordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce architects, functional consultants, business analysts, developers, QA teams, product owners and third-party suppliersEstablish and maintain robust programme governance, reporting and delivery frameworksLead steering committee meetings, executive status reviews and senior stakeholder discussionsProvide clear reporting on programme health, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials and overall delivery progressProactively identify and manage risks, issues and delivery blockers, driving appropriate mitigation and escalationManage complex dependencies across multiple Salesforce workstreams and wider enterprise transformation initiativesEnsure business, functional and technical teams remain aligned on scope, priorities and delivery expectationsOversee requirements, solution design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities from a delivery perspectiveDrive effective resource planning and capacity management across internal, client and third-party teamsManage change control and ensure changes to scope, timelines or budget are appropriately assessed and governedEnsure delivery is aligned with relevant security, compliance, governance and regulatory requirementsBuild strong relationships across senior business, technology and consulting stakeholdersProvide leadership, direction and accountability across geographically distributed teams Must-HavesExtensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, Programme Manager, Delivery Lead or similar senior delivery professionalSignificant experience leading large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations and transformation programmesStrong understanding of Salesforce CRM, the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise implementation lifecyclesProven ownership of Salesforce projects from discovery and mobilisation through design, build, testing, deployment and go-liveDemonstrable experience managing complex programmes involving multiple workstreams, teams, vendors and senior stakeholdersStrong project and programme governance experience, including RAID management, planning, financial management, resource management and executive reportingExcellent senior stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging Director, VP and executive-level stakeholdersStrong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, resourcing and delivery commitmentsExperience delivering Salesforce solutions within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or another large-scale enterprise environmentExperience working within complex global organisations and/or major consulting environmentsStrong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologiesAbility to challenge constructively, drive decisions and maintain delivery momentum across complex programmesStrong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teamsAbility to operate independently within a fully remote, international programme environmentProfessional/fluent English If you are a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes and are interested in a long-term, fully remote contract, please apply with your latest CV.
