Company Description Frontline Promotions Oy is a Finnish fundraising and field marketing agency that focuses on ethical, face-to-face donor acquisition for leading non-governmental organizations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role. The Salesperson will engage directly with potential donors in face-to-face settings, clearly presenting NGO campaigns and encouraging ongoing donor commitments. Daily tasks include approaching and informing members of the public, answering questions, handling objections professionally, and accurately recording donor information in line with data protection and organizational guidelines. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust quickly in face-to-face interactions.Sales, fundraising, or customer service experience in a target-driven environment, preferably in field marketing or NGO-related work.Ability to present complex information clearly, handle objections constructively, and maintain professionalism in public-facing situations.Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site.Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and respect for donors and the mission of partner organizations.Basic data entry and record-keeping skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance with data protection guidelines.Ability to work collaboratively in a team, receive feedback, and participate in ongoing training and development.Fluency in English.Previous experience in NGOs, social impact projects, or community work is considered beneficial.
