SAP ECP Integration Architect

I am currently supporting a large-scale HR and Payroll transformation programme and am seeking an experienced SAP ECP / SuccessFactors Integration Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for the design and implementation of end-to-end HR and Payroll integrations, working across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP BTP Integration Suite. Key responsibilities include:• Design and implementation of HR and Payroll integrations• Point-to-Point replication and BIB mapping for master data• Time evaluation and absence replication using the Compound Employee API• Delta synchronisation and custom MDF integrations• Development of secure iFlows using SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI• Integration with SAP PO/PI• SOAP, REST, SFTP and AS2 interfaces• Error monitoring, payload tracing and exception handling• Support for Payroll Control Centre and operations Key Technical Experience• SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP• Business Integration Builder (BIB)• Compound Employee API• SAP HCM – PA / OM / PY• SAP AIF and Payroll Control Centre• SAP PO/PI• Groovy and XML• Postman• UK and Ireland payroll statutory interfaces The successful consultant will have a strong understanding of HR master data, payroll processes and integration architecture, together with proven experience troubleshooting and supporting complex payroll interfaces.
