SAP FICO Consultant

Key Job Responsibilities-• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling workstream in implementation, conversion, and rollout programs. • Facilitate business workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process design sessions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MM, SD, PP, EWM, and Procurement. • Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing activities. • Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live activities. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory reporting, and internal controls requirements. • Provide leadership during hypercare and transition-to-support phases. • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels. Experience / Skills Required-• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience. • Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.• Strong working experience in General Ledger Accounting, General Controlling, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Assets Accounting and General Treasury Processes.• Strong understanding of SAP FICO Best Practice process flows • Strong understanding of IFRS, Tax and financial reporting requirements. • Deep knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, and third-party applications. • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery. • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. • Experience in data migration, testing, and cutover management. Good to Have-• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification. • Knowledge of Group Reporting and Consolidation. • Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Embedded Analytics. • Experience in global template rollout programs. • Knowledge of Fiori applications and SAP BTP.• Experience in SAP Cloud ALM • Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, or Automotive.
