SAP HR Business Analyst

Responsibilities:· Manage and validate HR data, ensuring quality, consistency and transparency.· Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards based on business needs.· Translate HR requirements into functional system and reporting solutions.· Support testing, releases and enhancements of HR systems and reporting solutions.· Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification and automation.· Provide functional support, documentation and guidance to HR users. Experience, must have:· Experience or good knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.· Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions, for example SuccessFactors, Datasphere or SAC, or equivalent systems.· Good skills in SQL and Excel.· Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.· Experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment.
