SAP S/4HANA Integration Lead

Duration of Contract: 06 months Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the SAP S/4HANA Integration & Interface workstream across SAP, middleware, third-party applications, and vendors.Manage the complete interface lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Coordinate with SAP teams, middleware teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful interface delivery.Act as the primary liaison for integrations involving external systems such as EWM and other third-party applications.Track and manage interface dependencies, risks, defects, timelines, and vendor deliverables.Drive SIT, UAT, and end-to-end integration testing activities and ensure readiness across all parties.Identify and mitigate integration risks, issues, and delays, escalating as required.Ensure accountability and ownership for interface-related activities across multiple stakeholders.Provide integration status reporting, risk assessments, and readiness updates to program leadership.Align interface requirements with overall solution architecture and business processes.Coordinate integration readiness for cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities. Experience / Skills Required10+ years of SAP Integration or SAP Consulting experience with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably Greenfield.Proven experience as an SAP Integration Manager or Integration Lead on large transformation programs.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration architecture, interfaces, and middleware technologies.Experience managing integrations between SAP systems, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.Hands-on experience in multi-vendor coordination, dependency management, and delivery governance.Expertise in SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, defect management, and integration validation.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and escalation management skills.Experience managing integration risks, issues, dependencies, and program-level reporting. Good to HaveExperience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries with knowledge of GxP/validated environments.Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or equivalent middleware solutions.Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP EWM and other third-party applications.Experience managing complex multi-vendor integration landscapes.Exposure to large-scale global or multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.SAP Integration or related SAP Certification.Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and integrated testing management.Experience supporting cutover planning, go-live, and hyper care activities for integration projects.Understanding of end-to-end business processes and their impact on integration requirements.
