Gather and translate business requirements into IT solutions, coordinate system enhancements and changes, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and People Platform services.Competencies: Digital : SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS), EAS : SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Payroll Essential Skills: Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll systems. Strong stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills.Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean methodologies. Experience in application support within large enterprise environments.
