SAP Transformation Manager – S/4HANA | 12-Month Contract The OpportunityERP Supply are looking for an experienced SAP Transformation Manager to lead a major S/4HANA transformation across multiple business units and European locations.This is a senior role for someone who can bring structure, manage complexity and drive the programme from transformation through to go-live and beyond. Contract: 12 monthsLocation: Europe – open to candidates across EuropeWorking Model: 50% onsite / 50% remoteLanguage: EnglishEngagement: Freelance / ContractStart: ASAP / Flexible Your ResponsibilitiesLead the S/4HANA transformation across multiple regions.Drive business and IT readiness activities.Own testing, cutover and go-live planning.Manage SI partners, vendors and external teams.Own the SAP transformation roadmap.Lead programme governance, reporting and risk management.Manage senior business and IT stakeholders.Drive standardisation and continuous improvement post go-live.Identify blockers and keep the transformation on track. Your Profile5+ years SAP programme / project management experience.Strong S/4HANA transformation experience.Experience delivering global or multi-country SAP programmes.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Experience across testing, readiness and cutover.Pragmatic, structured and delivery-focused.Excellent English communication skills.German is advantageous, not essential.Comfortable with 50% onsite travel.
