About the roleAt TCS, we're helping some of the world's leading organizations transform and modernize their supply chain operations. We are looking for a Senior SAP TM Functional Consultant who is passionate about solving complex logistics challenges and delivering business value through innovative SAP solutions. In this role, you'll work on large-scale SAP transformation programs, collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and implement transportation management solutions that drive real business impact. Whether you have experience from consulting, industry, or transformation projects, this is an opportunity to shape modern logistics capabilities while continuing to grow your expertise. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementations, enhancements, and global rollout initiatives.Design transportation management solutions and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable processes.Drive carrier collaboration and transportation visibility initiatives using BN4L capabilities.Work closely with SAP ERP Logistics Execution (LE), SAP EWM, and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment. About you You enjoy working with business and technology stakeholders to solve real-world supply chain and transportation challenges. You combine strong functional knowledge with a collaborative mindset and are comfortable working in dynamic project environments. You are curious, customer-focused, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys learning, sharing knowledge, and helping customers succeed. Qualifications:Experience working with SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions in implementation, rollout, or support projects.Good understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, or logistics business processes.Experience with SAP TM integrations, including ERP Logistics Execution (LE), SAP EWM, or related supply chain systems.Familiarity with carrier collaboration, transportation visibility, or BN4L is highly valued.Experience working with SAP integration technologies such as CPI, BTP, or similar integration platforms is beneficial.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
