Scrum master

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ways of working and support cross-functional teams in delivering on time, for our client in Stockholm.The role focuses on leading Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and working closely with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and business objectives.Responsibilities:Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and remove impediments to ensure smooth deliveryCoach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and drive continuous improvement initiativesTrack project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitmentsCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and business objectivesRequirements: Must have:6–8 years of relevant experienceExperience with Agile ways of working and ScrumBased in Stockholm (3+ years in Sweden) and willing to work from the office on a regular basisAdded advantage:Fluency in Swedish to collaborate effectively with local stakeholders and teamsGood understanding of Data Analytics concepts and data-driven decision making Seniority Level : Mid Senior LevelRelevant Experience : 6–8 yearsDuration : Long TermScope/Workload : 100%Type : OnsiteLocation : Stockholm, Sweden (must be based in Stockholm with 3+ years in Sweden; office on a regular basis)Required Skills : Agile Way of Working; Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); facilitation and impediment removal; Agile/Scrum coaching and continuous improvement; progress tracking and risk management; product owner and stakeholder collaborationPreferred Skills : Data Analytics concepts and data-driven decision makingLanguages : Swedish (fluency preferred)
