Scrum Master & ITOps Lead Location: Malmö, Sweden (Hybrid)Assignment Period: 01 Oct 2026 – 31 Mar 2027Workload: 100% Role Summary: Combines Agile leadership with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and operational improvement to drive delivery performance across an international IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and SAFe/Scrum ceremonies.Monitor sprint deliveries, capacity, and generate operational ITSM and Agile KPIs.Drive continuous improvement across incidents, requests, workflows, and delivery processes.Support Digital Workplace technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, SharePoint).Coordinate audit-related activities across processes, controls, and documentation. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT environments (Scrum, SAFe, ITIL/ITOps).Hands-on proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).Experience with Digital Workplace and cloud identity platforms.Fluent in English (Swedish language skills are a plus).
