Security Specialist

We are looking for a Security Specialist to support and strengthen our security function. In this role, you will work closely with the Security Team and contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our security practices.
Key responsibilities
You will support the Security Team across a range of security functions, including but not limited to:
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving physical security policies, standards, and proceduresConducting risk assessments and contributing to security strategy and planningCoordinating and participating in internal and external security auditsCollaborating with internal teams to integrate security practices into daily operationsManaging and conducting vendor security assessmentsResearching and applying best practices related to security frameworks and compliance requirementsFacilitating security training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for internal staff
What we expect from you
Relevant experience in the security fieldRelevant experience in value transportation securityStrong understanding of security regulations and industry frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluency in both English and FinnishRelevant academic education

The salary range for this position is 3500-4000 € monthly.
