You will act as the bridge between business and IT teams, contributing to the analysis, design, validation and support of Avaloq-based solutions within a regulated banking environment. Location: Remote, from any European Union country Your missionGather, analyse and challenge business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications aligned with the Avaloq platform.Perform impact and gap analyses to integrate new functionalities into the platform.Support configuration activities within the Avaloq platform.Produce and maintain functional documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery.Define test scenarios and test cases to validate delivered solutions.Take part in Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and non-regression testing.Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and in adopting new functionalities.Analyse and help resolve incidents and support requests.Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with business and technical teams.Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams and the platform provider.Profile soughtExperience as a Business AnalystFunctional knowledge of banking processesKnowledge of the Avaloq platform (functionalities and use of the tool)Ability to communicate effectively with users and business stakeholdersFluent EnglishNice to haveAvaloq certification (e.g. ACCP)Experience with Avaloq in a SaaS modelExperience with specific Avaloq modules (e.g. Reporting, Credit or Payments)Experience in private banking or wealth managementExperience with FAT, SIT and UAT testingSQL knowledgeExperience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe or hybrid approaches)Experience in regulated financial services environmentsConditionsRemote work, with occasional travel to the client when neededCollaboration with international, cross-functional teamsWhy join Foursys Europe?Presence in Brazil, Europe and the United States, with projects for global clientsClose support from HR and management, even when working remotelyHigh-value projects in demanding banking environmentsCompetitive compensation package
