The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in AxiomSL to join our growing team. You will work directly with our clients to design, build, and optimise data, control, and reporting workflows within AxiomSL ControllerView. This is a high-impact role where you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex data and regulatory requirements into concrete technical solutions and driving delivery. Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the technical subject matter expert on AxiomSL ControllerView, including data sourcing, data management, and workflow and control configurationLeading and supporting AxiomSL implementations, configurations, and upgrades within client environmentsDesigning and building data flows, business rules, and control frameworks within ControllerViewTranslating business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications, and configuring them directly within the platformInvestigating and resolving data quality issues, control breaks, and reconciliation discrepanciesSupporting testing cycles (UAT, regression) and coordinating go-live and post-go-live activitiesContributing to continuous improvement of client data and reporting processes, with a focus on automation, accuracy, and control Who You ArePreferably 5+ years of experience working within capital markets or regulatory technology, with hands-on technical expertise in AxiomSLStrong, demonstratable experience with AxiomSL ControllerView, including data sourcing, ETL, and control/workflow configurationFamiliarity with regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. COREP, FINREP, liquidity or capital adequacy reporting) is a significant advantageProven ability to engage directly with technical and business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable configurationStructured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently as well as collaborating across distributed teams and client organisationsFluent in English, written and spoken.
