Senior Business Analyst

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who knows how to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

This is not a role where you simply collect requirements. You will take ownership of the analysis process, challenge assumptions, bring structure to complexity, and help teams make the right decisions based on business value.

This is the right role for someone who is comfortable working at the intersection of business and IT and knows how to create momentum when there are multiple perspectives, priorities, and stakeholders involved.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will independently drive analysis within larger and more complex initiatives - from understanding the underlying business problem to defining requirements and helping shape a feasible solution.

You will work closely with stakeholders across both business and IT, lead workshops, structure requirements, and help teams align around priorities and decisions.

A key part of the role is seeing beyond the initial request: understanding what problem actually needs to be solved, challenging where needed, and ensuring that effort is focused on what creates the most value.

Drive analysis independently from business need to feasible solutionIdentify, structure, and prioritize functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirementsTranslate complex needs into clear requirements and scopeLead workshops and facilitate discussions across business and ITNavigate conflicting stakeholder needs and help create alignmentPrioritize requirements and initiatives based on business valueWork with process mapping and business process improvementSupport decision-making in complex environments where all answers may not be known from the startContribute to improved ways of working and higher delivery quality

What we’re looking for

You have a strong Business Analyst background and are comfortable taking a leading role in complex initiatives.

We Believe You Bring

At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a Business AnalystExperience independently driving analysis in complex environmentsStrong competence within stakeholder management and requirements managementExperience defining functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirementsExperience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussionsStrong ability to prioritize and make progress in situations with uncertaintyExperience with process mapping and business process improvementGood understanding of agile ways of workingA broad IT background and experience from larger organizationsProfessional fluency in both Swedish and English

A relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience is expected.

You are structured and analytical, but you also know that good analysis is about more than documentation.

You are comfortable challenging assumptions, bringing different perspectives together, and driving discussions towards decisions. You know when to go deeper, when to simplify, and how to keep an initiative moving forward without losing sight of the actual business value.
