🚀 Senior Data Analyst – Power BI | Azure | AI Role: Senior Data AnalystLocation: Gothenburg, SwedenWork model: Onsite ⚠️ Only candidates currently based in Sweden will be considered for this role.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, good knowledge of Azure, and an interest in AI and modern analytics. 🔹 Key Responsibilities• Analyse complex business and operational data to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI solutions • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions • Use SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis • Work with Azure / Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms • Develop data models, KPIs and analytical solutions to support business decision-making • Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and data processes • Explore the use of AI, GenAI and automation to enhance analytics and business processes • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and business stakeholders 🔹 Requirements• Senior-level experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI • Strong SQL skills and solid data analysis experience • Experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric • Good understanding of data modelling, KPI development and data visualisation • Exposure to AI, GenAI, Copilot or AI-enabled analytics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and translate business needs into practical analytical solutions ⭐ Nice to Have• Power BI Data Analyst certification (PL-300) • Strong DAX and Power Query experience • Azure Data Factory / Azure data services • Microsoft Fabric • Azure AI / Copilot • Experience with automation and AI-assisted analytics
