The Senior Industrial Designer is a key contributor in shaping user-centered product experiences and advancing strategic design initiatives across global markets. In this role, you will lead and support the design of products across the Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances categories, partnering closely with regional and global teams to deliver innovative, brand-aligned solutions.

As a strategic design partner to leadership, you will influence product direction, contribute to the evolution of the Electrolux design identity, and represent design in cross-functional and external engagements. This role blends hands-on design execution with strategic thinking, requiring strong creativity, collaboration, and the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful product solutions.

Lead end-to-end industrial design from concept through production for new and evolving product linesDefine and support design strategy aligned with global vision, brand identity, and consumer needsDevelop high-quality design concepts using advanced CAD, visualization, and prototyping toolsApply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes to deliver feasible, cost-effective designsTranslate market insights, user needs, and trends into compelling product experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, CMF, product management, and marketingPartner with global design studios and regional teams to align on design execution, best practices, and identity evolutionSupport product storytelling through presentations and participation in internal and external engagementsManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiativesDrive continuous improvement by exploring new tools, technologies, and design methodologies

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related discipline5+ years of experience in industrial/product design with a portfolio demonstrating launched products.Proven ability to lead design projects from concept through productionStrong proficiency in 3D CAD, visualization tools (e.g., Rhino 3D, KeyShot), and Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for productionStrong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, global environments
