Senior Document Controller for a confidential company Do you want to bring structure to some of the most exciting projects within critical infrastructure? We are currently seeking a Senior Document Controller for a growing business specializing in data centers and mission-critical projects. You will play a key role in the project organization, working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors, and clients, among others. Your task is to ensure that project information is structured, up-to-date, and accessible when needed. You will be instrumental in establishing order and control in fast-paced projects where attention to detail is crucial. About the role As a Senior Document Controller, you will, among other things: Be responsible for document control in one or more major projectsEnsure structure, version control, and quality in project documentationManage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, drawings, and technical documentationAdminister the project’s Common Data Environment (CDE)Work in systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, ProjectWise, Aconex, and SharePointMonitor document status, reviews, and deadlinesEnsure the correct documentation is in place for commissioning and handoverContribute to developing and improving workflows within Document Control and Information Management Who are you? We believe you have several years of experience in Document Control, preferably from sectors such as construction, infrastructure, industry, energy, data centers, or other complex project environments. You are accustomed to handling large volumes of technical documentation and understand how information needs to be managed throughout the various phases of a project. Experience with ACC, BIM 360, ProjectWise, Aconex, or SharePoint is an asset, as is knowledge of ISO 19650. You are a structured, unpretentious, and solution-oriented person. You value order and organization but remain flexible when circumstances change. You enjoy collaborating, taking responsibility, and ensuring that things actually get done. What’s in it for you?
