Senior Electronics Hardware Designer

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to join an established engineering environment on a contract basis, with potential for extension.This is a hands-on hardware design position covering the full development cycle, from circuit and schematic design through PCB layout, prototype assembly, laboratory testing and verification. What you’ll be doingDesign electronic circuits and schematics using AltiumDevelop PCB floorplans and layoutsBuild and modify hardware prototypes, including solderingPerform laboratory measurements, testing and hardware verificationApply EMC principles throughout the design processInvestigate and resolve EMC-related hardware issuesCollaborate with other engineers while managing your own workload and deliverables What we’re looking forSenior-level experience in electronics hardware designStrong hands-on experience with Altium, including schematic capture, floorplanning and PCB layoutPractical laboratory experience with prototype builds, soldering, measurements and verificationSolid understanding of EMC principles, including design protection and troubleshootingFluent English and Swedish Nice to haveExperience assembling, disassembling and testing complete productsBroader technical understanding across mechanical and firmware areasExperience with EMC testing Assignment detailsLocation: Stockholm, Sweden - onsiteContract: Until January 2027, with potential extensionStart: as soon as possible
