Senior Engineering Manager

We're hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to influence a true, business-critical organisational transformation in Stockholm. This position is centred around people, architecture and execution, think player-coach. If you're someone who has built production infrastructure and high-performing teams, but still loves getting close to the code. Can move from shaping an organisation, to making an architecture decision, to pairing with an engineer, to figuring out why something just broke. Is comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by what happens when AI and agentic development fundamentally change how engineering teams build software.
