For one of our European clients, we are currently looking for a Senior FS AI Engineer to develop new GenAI applications. Details: Start date: ASAPDuration: 12 months with extensionWork model: Fully remote, with occasional (quarterly) team sessions in Czech Republic

Scope: Build and maintain Python (FastAPI) services for AI-driven platformDesign and implement RAG pipelines (ingestion, retrieval, generation, outputs)Develop document processing workflows (PDF extraction, OCR, chunking)Implement hybrid search (vector + BM25) using tools like Azure AI Search or QdrantIntegrate LLM APIs and manage prompt engineering with structured outputsSupport frontend integration (Node.js / React) and internal tools (Streamlit)Develop event-driven and async processing (Celery, messaging)Ensure code quality, testing, and Docker-based deploymentsCollaborate with business stakeholders to iterate on AI solutions Skills: Strong Python (FastAPI, async processing, clean architecture)Experience with RAG / LLM pipelines and prompt engineeringHands-on with OpenAI API, embeddings, and structured outputsExperience with vector databases (Qdrant, pgVector, etc.) and search (Azure AI Search)Knowledge of document processing (PDF, OCR, chunking strategies)Experience with PostgreSQL / MongoDBFamiliarity with event-driven architecture (Celery, RabbitMQ, Service Bus)Basic Node.js / React for integrationExperience with Docker, CI/CD, and testingStrong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to haveExperience with LangChain / multi-agent frameworksKnowledge of RAG evaluation and LLMOpsExperience with Azure cloud environments
