Senior ML / AI Developer, Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior ML / AI Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop and integrate intelligent business solutions within the Microsoft agent ecosystem.The role will focus on Copilot Studio Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and enterprise integrations, combining technical solution design with business process understanding, security, governance and compliance.You will be responsible for developing production-grade AI-supported automation solutions that are scalable, secure, maintainable and focused on delivering business value. Key Responsibilities Microsoft Copilot Studio & AIDesign, develop and integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.Create topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions and agent logic.Connect agents to knowledge sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph and other business data sources.Build generative AI capabilities and RAG-oriented solutions where appropriate.Test, optimise and continuously improve agent response quality and business value.Develop and operate Copilot Studio solutions supporting internal business processes.Power Platform DevelopmentDevelop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.Create, maintain and optimise complex Power Automate workflows.Design and implement Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.Use Power Fx for business logic, validation and user interaction.Develop reusable components, templates and solution patterns.Integration & ArchitectureIntegrate Power Platform and Copilot solutions using REST APIs, custom connectors, standard connectors and Microsoft Graph.Connect with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management and Azure AI Services where required.Provide technical guidance around platform boundaries, scalability and make-or-buy decisions.Document solution architectures, interfaces, data flows and operating models.ALM, Governance & SecurityImplement application lifecycle management using solutions, environments, pipelines, Git or Azure DevOps.Ensure Power Platform and Copilot governance requirements are implemented.Consider data protection, authorisation, Entra ID, roles, DLP policies and audit requirements from the beginning of solution design.Monitor usage, performance, errors and costs.Support incident, change and release processes.Ensure solutions are maintainable, documented and reusable. Required Skills & Experience3–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI / agent solutions.Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions, rather than prototypes only.Strong knowledge of:Power AppsPower AutomateDataversePower FxExperience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI and modern automation architectures.Experience with enterprise governance, security, compliance and ALM.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
