Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) Intelligent Service Management & AI

For our client, a leading European Enterprise Service Management software provider, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) Intelligent Service Management & AI to strengthen their Product Management organization. This position can be performed fully remotely from anywhere within the European Union. Your Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and evolution of intelligence and analytics capabilities within a modern Service Management platform. Develop and execute a forward-looking product roadmap focused on AI-driven innovation. Define product success metrics and create compelling business value and ROI propositions for enterprise customers. Validate new product ideas through prototyping, experimentation, and continuous customer feedback.Design and enhance intuitive self-service analytics solutions, dashboards, and portals. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, UX, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams. Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners to drive strategic product decisions. Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and delivery through adoption and measurable business impact. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Several years of Product Management experience in Enterprise Software, ideally within ITSM, ESM, or Service Management environments. Mandatory: Proven experience successfully launching, scaling, and managing AI-powered products in a commercial enterprise environment. Demonstrated track record of owning AI product initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and validation through development, go-to-market, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical mindset with experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven products.Experience working within Enterprise SaaS environments and engaging with enterprise customers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive, commercial, and technical teams. Strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented approach to product leadership.Professional-level English language skills; German language skills are considered a plus.
