Our products include a flagship nature data platform, a mobile data capture app, AI-enabled annotation tools, and data-science-led analytics. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager who thrives in startups: comfortable with autonomy, adaptable, and motivated to shape a fast-growing business from the ground up.

What you'll doBreak messy, ambiguous problems into clear requirements the team can build againstShape long-term product strategy from customer research, competitive analysis, and nature scienceWork deeply with data, owning completeness and quality across our intelligence suiteAlign engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to unblock deliveryPartner with commercial to make sure products land with customers and drive revenueHelp define how we build and scale product culture as the team grows QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc) or a related scientific discipline (e.g. ecology, biology)At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space, with demonstrable progression within roles in the same organisationDetail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills. including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesData-driven mindset with an aptitude for quantitative and qualitative data analysisExperience working at fast-paced environmentsCandidates for this role can be based in the UK or the EU.
