Senior Production Test & Verification Engineer (Embedded Systems) – Kurikka, Finland – Part time Empiric are supporting a leading organisation on a critical production testing and quality assurance requirement for embedded control units in Kurikka, Finland. This is a high-priority opportunity for an experienced specialist to strengthen production export readiness, with a strong focus on End-of-Line (EOL) test strategy, production test architecture, and software/configuration traceability. You'll own production testing and verification end-to-end, ensuring every delivered unit is tested, traceable, and shipped with the correct software and configuration version. Key Skills & ExperienceSystem Testing (required).Strong hands-on experience with embedded systems or electronic products.Proven production testing, system testing, or test architecture experience.End-to-end EOL test strategy definition and production test solution design.Software and configuration management for production environments.Device-level traceability build and ownership.Strong cross-functional experience linking product development, quality, and manufacturing.Definition of production quality and verification metrics.Experience taking products from development into serial production. Nice to HavesBackground as a Production Test Engineer, Manufacturing Test Engineer, Test Architect, Quality Engineer, or Systems Engineer.Senior Embedded Engineer background with hands-on production transfer experience.Experience defining test concepts for electronics/hardware products (not purely software testing).
