In addition to our consulting services, we build and launch our own ventures together with our team members. Role OverviewWe are expanding our team of consultants to work with our clients in Sweden and are looking for driven and ambitious people to join us. In this particular role you will be taking on assignments within the Senior Project Manager field. What you’ll doWork on interesting and challenging projects for our clients across Europe, ranging from a couple of months to up to a year. The projects involve acting either as 1) a Project Manager running an IT-related project for one of our clients or 2) a leader for teams developing everything from back-end systems (API platforms, IAM solutions, etc.) to front-end applications and components.When not being on a project, build and improve the software for Codepole’s internal ventures, such as a business loan broker operating on the Swedish market.Contribute to the development of Codepole in whatever way you can do it the best, be it sharing your knowledge, organizing professional speakers to run workshops for the team, taking part in our client calls, improving on our recruitment process, or planning our next team event Who you areYou have a technical affinity and a good enough technical knowledge to participate in discussions within the development team, even if you do not know all the technical specificitiesYou have great communication skills, being able to cooperate both with the tech and business teamsYou have the skills required to understand the needs of the business side and to translate these into technical requirements and implementation stepsYou are a driven person striving to improve things and enjoy getting things doneYou are fluent in Swedish and communicate well in EnglishYou have 10+ years of experience How we workWe believe that it is key for our team members to grow their skill set, and that this is done by experiencing challenging technical projects and by learning from each other.
