We are pleased to announce that our client are currently seeking a Civils, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Lead to join their team. ResponsibilitiesOversee all Civils, Structural and Architectural elements of the Hyperscale Project.Manage a project team of 50+ including, Discipline Leads, Package Managers, Design Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors.Support your team in Managing 20+ Subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €200m.Support your team in Managing Contractor’s Design elements of the Project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of Construction On-Site.Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.Manage, Track and Develop Plans for Project Costs, Budgets, Project Labour, Commissioning Procedures and Project Performance.Directing set up for the Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) activities, making sure that best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.Continuous engagement with Key Project Stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performance.Overseeing ongoing Client Satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of Cost, Scope, and TimescalesProactively monitoring the project's Health & Safety processes as well as the team's culture and behavioursMonitor and ensure the Quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the projectSkills & QualificationsA degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Project Manager role overseeing projects in excess of €50m.Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.Previous experience in a similar role, delivering Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) elements of a project within a contracting environment is essential.Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skillsProficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is requiredData centre experience is advantageous but not necessaryExperience in the delivery of Large-Scale Construction Projects is necessaryThe ability to build robust relationships with Clients, Consultants, and SuppliersA flair for multitasking, looking at the bigger picture, and providing excellent attention to detailA proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approachFirst-class leadership skills - you should be able to delegate, prioritize workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others Additional Benefits: You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis (17/4 Rotational Roster with flights covered. e.g Monday to Saturday for two weeks & then Monday to Wednesday) with additional benefits covering: all accommodation covered (solo accommodation/own apartment, fully furnished with all utility bills paid inc. Wi-Fi), all flight and travel expenses covered, an additional €250 weekly living allowance (net) paid directly into your bank on top of your salary, a mass of internal progression and opportunity and the ability to visit, see and work in some of the most attractive places across Europe. Ideally you will have EU Passport / EU Eligibility to work in Finland and an excellent grasp of the English language.
