Senior Project Manager - IT Security & Mobile Solutions

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (level 4) to lead a strategic digitalization initiative for a Swedish government authority. The assignment covers two core work streams: development and rollout of a mobile solution for secure, client-facing work with highly sensitive information, and further development of "Mobile Phone as a Service" to introduce additional secure, business-critical functions across the organization's mobile fleet.

You will own the full project lifecycle - requirements analysis, technical realization, deployment, resource planning, follow-up, and reporting to steering committees and management groups - within a high-security, regulated environment.

Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in an equivalent IT leadership rolePrimary ownership of complex IT projects with significant organizational impact within the last 5 yearsExperience with at least 3 projects (or one large-scale strategic project) spanning at least two business areas, multiple interconnected IT systems, and multiple external suppliers and internal stakeholdersExperience leading project teams of 15+ people or equivalent resource scope, including resource allocation responsibilityCertification in project management (PRINCE2, PPS, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent)Experience leading IT projects involving implementation, upgrade, or migration of systems in on-premise or equivalent high-security environmentsPractical, hands-on application of PPS or an equivalent structured project governance modelWillingness to undergo security clearance (säkerhetsskyddsavtal nivå 3)

Experience leading projects in complex government/public sector environments with high information security requirements and statutory frameworks (e.g. säkerhetsskyddslagen, GDPR)Experience leading IT projects in environments with particularly high requirements for confidentiality, security classification, and detailed access controlExperience in project management within public sector operationsExperience leading or delivering mobile telephony solution projects
