Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant – Data Centres (MEP & CSA)Helsinki, Finland | Hybrid (Site / Home) €120,000 – €140,000 + Package, Accommodation & Bonus As part of the Cost Consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio of major Data Centre developments, 8MW - 880MW, located within 30 minutes of Helsinki. A bespoke package, including relocation support, accommodation, benefits and bonus, is provided. We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing consultancy renowned for its entrepreneurial culture, minimal red tape and strong growth across Europe. They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their new Finland team, where you will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of major Data Centre projects for a globally recognised client in the region. What you’ll be doing:Delivery of complex Data Centre projects All aspects of commercial managementFocus on MEP systems and / or CSA packagesSupporting Project Quantity SurveyorsStakeholder and client managementCoordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and client representativesDriving project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and riskSupporting company and team growth across the Netherlands What we’re looking for:7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying Exposure to major projects, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environmentsStrong track record delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project environmentsProactive leadership style with the ability to drive teams and projects forward What’s on offerCompetitive salary Strong career progression in a growing consultancy with minimal red tapeOpportunity to work on major data centre developmentsExposure to projects across the Nordics and Wider EU Genuine prioritisation on culture If you’d like to learn more, please reach out and we can arrange a call.
