Overview

As a High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead at Linesight, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems on major construction projects. Working with diverse, high-performing teams, you’ll help deliver complex infrastructure safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. The Opportunity

Lead / manage the entire lifecycle of the HV project, from design/ planning/ construction/ technical compliance, through to commissioning and handoverExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersHave a strong analytical and problem-solving ability and approachFamiliarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for complex HV systemsLeading technical teams, coordinating with stakeholders, Designers, utility companies, and contractorsManage the design process and review/approvals processManage adherence to the regional HV regulatory bodiesManage project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standardsA strong understanding of (HSE) health/safety/environment principles within the context of HV operations and projects.

Have strong experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction projects Substation experience is a must Bring an engineering or construction background, ideally with HV or energy infrastructure experience Understand utility protocols, commissioning practices, and safety standards for HV systems Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
